About MetzgerWrites LLC
MetzgerWrites LLC is an Indiana single-member LLC. All physical orders are fulfilled from Indiana, USA.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). During high-volume periods (new releases, holiday seasons, or subscription box ship weeks), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- International estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- MetzgerWrites LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies.
- Some products (including certain mystery box tiers) may not be available for international shipping due to content restrictions.
Scoops & Locker Co. Fulfillment
Mystery boxes and locker assignments ship on a monthly schedule. Subscription boxes ship during the first two weeks of each month for active subscribers. One-time mystery box purchases ship within the standard processing window above.
Live-event locker assignments (in-person vault/drawer reveals) are subject to event-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MetzgerWrites LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us at metzgerwrites@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MetzgerWrites LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
